I tried syncing my Nike+ GPS with Path on my 16 miler yesterday and it sucked up power so much that my battery died around 11 miles (and I started out at 100%). Nevertheless, it was a beautiful day to run across the GW, albeit windy. Ran back over from Jersey down to Central Park’s Jackie O Reservoir and had flashbacks to Miranda training for the marathon in Sex and the City, ha.

This morning, Jean and I ran a 4-mile race in Central Park for NYRR. It was my first race ever and I just about passed out - BUT I DID IT! Here’s a recap of what happened.

There’s the route for my upcoming 4-miler (the dotted pink line)… Eight months into living in NYC and I’ve yet to run in Central Park. I’ll change that this weekend, given the 50 degree weather awaiting us.
