Adventures in Physical Therapy
Until my hip started hurting a few weeks ago, I’ve never needed to see a physical therapist. I started going to a certain sports therapy spot and was a bit amazed at how generic the treatment was and very skeptical that continued visits would do anything to help me out. The place was a circus — at least 10 patients, and only two therapists to juggle them all. No one told me what was wrong...

Post-Turkey Trot, I left with around 30 bags of sweet potato chips and 15 of some new Clif Crunch Bars (above). I’m totally one of those embarrassing people that raids the free sample tables at expo’s and races. I’m so embarrassing and disgraceful, that I once stuffed 13 Clif Gel’s (at mile 18) into my bra during CARA’s 20 miler, just so I wouldn’t worry...

This site legally broadcasts the men’s and women’s elites (as well as a combination feed of both). I think last year it cost $4 but it appears to be free this year, and you can sign up to be emailed when it goes live. Fun for the whole family!
